Ressats from La Confrérie du Guillon

  • Members of the Guillon Society can apply to attend a Ressat from ‘La Confrérie du Guillon’ in Switzerland

  • With 25,000 Compagnons and their guests eligible to register at each Ressat, and a seating capacity of only 200, events are quickly fully booked

  • We have limited - but secured - tickets available for our Members to attend each Ressat

  • Reservation is by application and attendance is for Members only

  • Event duration: 6 hours

  • Seated dinner with 6-course menu

  • Participants must strictly follow the dress code and ceremonial

  • Menu & wine presentations, speeches and songs are held in French

  • Attending Members of The Guillon Society will be accompanied by a host

  • If necessary, the host will help translate speeches in English during the event

  • Each event is of extraordinary conviviality, entertainment and culinary delight

  • Dishes are provided by renowned chefs with best wine pairing

  • Ressats are highly sought after cultural events, that provide a unique experience

Our Swiss-based team from The Authentic Swiss Wine and Travel can provide Members with a customised itinerary for their trip including for their family and friends

A ‘Ressat’ is a banquet traditionally offered by winegrowers to their workers as thank for their hard labour during the harvest
