Becoming a member
Anyone can apply to become member of the Guillon Society provided the person likes wines from the Swiss Vaud region or is willing to discover and learn about them.
Prior to this, applicants must familiarise themselves with the ceremonial of the 'tirer au guillon' because they must demonstrate their skills during their induction event. A wine barrel is available in Singapore to practice.
We have only one Membership category. Membership fee is S$300 for a calendar year starting lst January and ending 31st December. Fees are simply pro-rated for applications within the year. More information can be found in the documents below.
Applicants need two sponsors. The membership application form must be completed, signed and returned to us by email at contact@theguillonsociety.org.
